Why that is true is a thriller to me. I fail totally to see how scrum is a manifestation of the Agile Rules. In my opinion, scrum is in direct opposition to them, and in the long run, doesn’t even remotely fulfill their function.
Cramming it with scrum
All the things about scrum tries to squeeze a big peg right into a small gap. Scrum creates a fixed-sized gap of a given chunk of time, takes a big wood block of effort, and tries to make a sequence of small, correctly sized blocks match into that gap.
