A Florida lady has filed a lawsuit in opposition to Disney, saying she misplaced consciousness and sustained a mind harm after driving a waterslide at Hurricane Lagoon Water Park.
The lawsuit, filed on Monday in Orange County, says that Laura Reyes-Merino visited the theme park on Could 11 and rode the Humunga Kowabunga, in response to the lawsuit, obtained by WKMG, an area Orlando information outlet.
